Patients who enroll by September 30, 2025 and prepay for 12 months of service receive a 10% discount on their first year’s membership fee.

Example: Instead of $350 per month, you would pay $3,780 on membership start date (e.g. 9/5/2025 for 12 months of service (a savings of $420). Beginning 9/5/2026, billing resumes at the regular $350/month rate.

Couples Bonus: Couples who enroll together and prepay for the first year will receive the 10% discount and may continue their 10% savings in subsequent years, as long as they remain enrolled together.
