It is designed to complement your existing primary care provider, who can address acute needs and ongoing care, while we focus on deep clinical strategy, long-term risk reduction, and personalized longevity planning.

Nutrition & Fitness Assessments (Month 1)
45-minute consultation with a Registered Dietitian and 45-minute fitness assessment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to establish a clear starting point.

Non-urgent messaging with Dr. DeMarco via Spruce for continuity between visits.
Follow-Up Testing

Repeat DEXA and VO₂ Max at the 6-month mark to track progress and refine your personalized strategy.

Renewal: During the final month of your membership, Dr. DeMarco will discuss best options for the upcoming year. Plan will automatically renew annually unless you choose to change into a different membership, or to cancel. Minimum 6 month commitment.
